Our team was appointed to carry out refurbishment works at Cottesloe School, Wing. The scheme required us to convert an existing underutilised space within the school into a brand-new 700 sq ft open-plan toilet block for the building’s occupants. The result was a refreshed and functional space designed to meet the daily needs of the school’s staff and students.
One of the primary challenges of this project was working within a live school environment. To ensure the safety and comfort of staff and students while maintaining progress, our team developed a detailed logistics and phasing plan. The completed toilet block has been handed over on time and to a high standard.
