Our team was recently appointed to undertake extensive refurbishment works at Overstone Combined School. The scheme included the modification of their existing facilities and the introduction of a new ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) unit for the occupants.
The internal refurbishment included:
- Full re-plastering of internal walls and ceilings
- Installation of new floor finishes throughout key areas
- Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) upgrades
- Installation of new access control systems for improved security
- Internal cladding to modernise the aesthetic and improve durability
- A full electrical rewire was undertaken across the site, including:
- Installation of a new distribution board
- Upgrading the electrical infrastructure to meet current regulations and future-proof the facility
