Our team carried out an extensive change of use project in Buckinghamshire to convert a six-bedroom residential bungalow into a new purpose-built children’s home to support Buckinghamshire Council’s growing need for young adult social housing.
The new facility now has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a utility room, a meeting/games room, and secure staff areas for the building’s occupants. Additionally, the space was finished with anti-ligature features throughout.
